These terms govern your use of the Red Letter Days (“Red Letter Days”, “we”, “us”) website and the software and services we provide. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Our services

We build and license financial software, including the Genesis and Pioneer platforms, and provide custom software development. Use of our platforms is subject to a separate licence or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails. Payment services offered by Seven Payments Limited are governed by its own terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use our software or website for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or bypass the security of our systems.
• Keep any credentials we issue confidential and tell us promptly if they are compromised.

Intellectual property

Our website, platforms, documentation and brand belong to Red Letter Days or our licensors. Rights to bespoke work are set out in the relevant project agreement.

Liability

The website is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
